1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the et33 platform ("Platform", "Site", or "we") and its users ("you" or "player"). By accessing the et33 site, registering an account, or using any service, you agree fully to these Terms.

3 Account Security

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

The et33 platform currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are added to your balance only after verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on et33 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳14,000 or more, the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. The wagering requirement for bonuses is 15 times.

• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless wagering requirements are met.
• Certain games or categories may contribute only partially toward wagering calculations.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is limited to a specific validity period.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may result in both accounts being cancelled.
• et33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, et33's decision will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

The et33 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with different benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on et33 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game result is predetermined or influenced by any player or operator.

6.2 System Errors

et33 reserves the right to void transactions in the event of an abnormal gaming situation caused by a technical fault or system issue. Winnings obtained as a result of a software bug or technical error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Betting Limits

6.4 Sports Betting

8 Limitation of Liability

9 Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content on the et33 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, code, and other elements — is covered by et33's intellectual property rights. You may view and use this content for personal and non-commercial purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Republishing or distributing et33's content elsewhere.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying the platform's software.
• Creating fraudulent sites or apps using et33's brand or logo.

10 Account Closure & Cancellation

10.1 Closure at User's Request

et33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:
